Mona: “OK, Harmony . . . If he is a Twilight Entity he must have the Angelic DNA. Meaning he can convert the energy from certain bands of light into food to sustain him. You can verify he has no Demon characteristics?”

Harmony: “So far, he has shown nothing but a willingness to work with A-Zeal and Nebula. He is capable of detecting disease, diagnosing it and healing them and other defects and injuries in 3D entities through genetic patches or using quantum resonance to repair damage. I really don’t see any regression toward what he was . . . "

Mona’s brain started to churn with the testimony from Harmony. She thought she had the perfect test to see if Sprite/Raphael was complying and had really changed. She challenged Harmony to get Raphael to the Sun Flower field in one week.

Harmony agreed but was a bit apprehensive about the test. She trusted Mona but didn’t know if Raphael had enough time to work all the kinks out of his abilities. Well Harmony always like a challenge, so this is going to be interesting!

Mona thought she could kill two birds with one stone. If Gourmand and Sprite were indeed who they are trying to make people believe they are, things will go well. If not, the test she prepared might uncover their flaws.

The Federation had a long history of accepting old enemies. Many had become trusted comrades and dear family members. So Harmony's desire to redeem two scoundrels was certainly in the family tradition and was hard to criticize.

Mona laughed. This SunFlower field was beginning to become a institution, she hoped it was a place of goodwill and joy and nothing else.

The one thing Mona took notice of was Raphael's dual capacity to remain and affect 3D reality far beyond the other Angels. If he were an enemy, it was unknown the influence and power he might exert.

Harmony was to request GT to go with her to the Field to plan on catered an upcoming Federation event. Raphael would already be there. Harmony had been instructed to ask Raphael to examine and treat GT if he could. He was to attempt to restore Gourmand's vocal cords.

However, just before the healing effort, Harmony was to reveal the identities of both individuals to each other. Their immediate response and the shock expressed between these two mortal enemies would reveal much about the true nature of their respective transformations.

As Mona watched GT's skin became translucent and at times transparent. It was as if his skin and connective tissues were invisible. There was a small burst of light in his throat where she assumed his vocal cords were located.

Raphael's demeanor never changes. There seems to be a glow of white light coming from his hand. After a few minutes, Raphael takes his hand down and tells GT his Vocal Cords would begin to generate over the next three months. He would have to learn to talk all over again. He said he couldn't predict whether Gourmand would be a Tenor or a Baritone but he would eventually sing again.

Mona seems to have her answer. Gourmand and Raphael/Sprite did know each other. They both acknowledged their past but did not seemed to have any obvious residual animosity. They acted like they were both thankful for a new life and purpose.

Gourmand made sure Raphael understood his appreciation for the healing. Raphael accepted his thanks in a genuine manner. Mona felt it was too good to be true, but she had no reason to doubt their sincerity.

Mona asked if Raphael would come to speak with her on LeviathanV. She felt it time to introduce him to the Archangel Gabriel.

Mona didn't know what to expect between the two Twilight Entities. Gabriel was very curious about this new version of what appeared to be an Angel. Raphael was very ignorant of the peculiarities of what an Angel was. Mona's intuition was, these two needed to interact to find out how the pieces of this puzzle were going to fit.

To her surprise, the two had no problem communicating. Raphael had been well instructed by the Plasma Giants, A-Zeal and Nebula. They had acted as parents and mentors and he had been eager to please them.

Mona dared to smile at what their alliance could mean for the good of the Federation. She requested that Raphael shadow Gabriel in order to explore Raphael's true abilities and to learn the intricacies of what Raphael and the Angelic Host did.

Gabriel agreed, the two would be spending a few decades with each other.

After the meeting with Raphael and Gabriel Mona was exhausted and decided to retire for a well deserved nap. However, this time she had one of the dreams that Harmony described to her. It was not a prophetic vision, it was not ShadowLand or Twilight. It just seemed to be something she had been thinking about.

Mona had been wondering if Queen Nadera would one day wonder what it would be like to be 100 percent human like GT. If she did what would she look like and would she give away near immortality for the feelings and pleasures that humans could experience beyond what the Mechan hybrid robotic body could experience.

Gourmand seems to prefer his human body over the Mechan equivalent. He loves his new experiences, especially tasting his food and wine.

Mona also had a dream about MoonBeam and Gourmand. However, this was a bit more than a dream. The spinster MoonBeam, the only unmarried Lisa, except for Mona’s two kids, had been seen often with GT. She was quite taken by Gourmand’s love of good food and drink. She was also fascinated by his refreshing and unique methods of communicating without words. He was a catalogue of new and fascinating originality . . . he was like a new discovery every time they went out. She was hooked.

MoonBeam thought the Mules GT and William Rutledge kept were extremely interesting animals. She enjoyed going with GT to care for the cantankerous quadrupeds and studied their qualities like a seasoned zoologist.

In the proceeding months GT and Moonbeam worked to return the power of speech to Gourmand. The efforts were more difficult than expected. The genetic defect that had removed his vocal cords had also minimized the synaptic connections between his brain and body and between his motor responses and his vocalizations. His speech was more comparable to those of a deaf mute than an articulate individual who had been talking for their entire life.

While frustrating they worked closely together to improve his abilities daily. The result was GT would only speak with his closest friends and would otherwise use other methods with his public and business associates. This actually did noting but enhance his public persona and add to his restaurant empire.

Mona was receiving reports of disturbing events throughout the GGF. Water purification biospheres were being targeted for destruction or outright theft. There didn't seem to be rhyme or reason to the pattern of destruction. So far there was nothing linking these wanton actions to known criminal activity like extortion or profiteering.

The situation was very disturbing and Mona was getting directly involved with the investigation. It was time to enlist the full resources of the Federation to put a stop the destructive events. The one thing that was a critical resource in the Federation's timeline was pure, life giving and sustaining water.

While the technical capabilities to manufacture water from the basic elements was possible, the massive amounts needed was so large as to overwhelm even the energy rich Federation. Pure water was needed in enormous amounts if the esthetic and psychological needs of the trillions of GGF members were to be met.

The Sisters were analyzing the reported events to gain prospective and possibly design a plan of action based on what little was known.

The reports were of a bright sphere about 1/20th the volume of Earth's Moon appearing out of nowhere in space near a water purification or hydroponic food biosphere. This object would then attack its target with a bolt of energy, like an enormous lightning bolt. The biosphere would either explode into a billion pieces or disappear into the blackness of space without a trace.

No personnel were ever recovered, they either were obliterated in the explosion or disappeared into the void of space.

Mona was conferring with Rebecca, Mona's step daughter, the Federation's chief agronomist, and Harry's adopted daughter. The situation, while not critical, was forcing a realignment of priorities and a reallocation of resources to guarantee optimal utilization. While in the middle of the conversation, it happened. The visual and auditory signal ended abruptly. There was Nothing! Mona was caught totally by surprise for the first time in her entire existence! she had no warning, intuition or premonition.

Rebecca was gone along with the entire biosphere and 10,000 personnel.

Mona was devastated and inconsolable, it happened in front of her own eyes. How was she going to tell Harry? What can she do? As soon as she collected herself, she called an immediate meeting of the Crisis Response Committee.

MoonBeam took immediate control of the proceedings. Not even waiting for Mona's direction to do so. She detailed what was known and there was unfortunately little to report.

There was some surveillance footage and a few eye witnesses. There was the bright Sphere appearing seemingly from nowhere, the energy discharge and the Biosphere dematerialized with the bright Sphere. The whole sequence took about 15 seconds from start to finish. The scans of the area after the event showed no unusual findings.

The footage revealed the energy discharge seemed to be in the range expected from an electrostatic discharge. Basically it was lightning.

Mona was most disturbed, the meeting was not productive and they were no closer in finding out what happened than when they started. For once the Sisters were without a significant speculation or direction. The only suggestion was for ShadowLand operatives to do a time regression of the events and see if they could detect something that was not already seen.

Mona desperate to contribute in any way volunteered to be one of the OBE investigators as did Harmony, Destiny and Genesis. As they were preparing for the ShadowLand mission, Mona had one of her visions. She had not had one for decades and was not sure what it meant. She saw what seemed to be a view of Titan and Saturn from one of the biospheres accompanying LeviathanV and there was a woman she had never seen before. The woman had no hair and her head and face was tattooed. Was this person responsible for what happened or was this just a confused image without much meaning? Mona took it for something important.

They change to facilitate the different electromagnetic wavelength's he uses to feed himself. It depends on the intensity and source of the light. A Twilight entity can change their appearance depending on their mood and mission. . . they are basically shape-shifters . . . like Genesis can appear as a hybrid wild cat when she is angry, etc.

Destiny had organized the phalanx of ShadowLand personnel to watch every angle of the attack on the biosphere that Rebecca and the 10,000 other personnel were on. Mona, Harmony, Kat and Genesis was on the lead team. The team began two hours before the attack and were going to regress in real time, second by second.

All members were very apprehensive and deeply involved, hoping to find anything that could explain what happened.

As with the video and eye witnesses, everything seemed perfectly normal, until the Sphere materialized out of nowhere. When it appeared the four lead OBE team members immediately entered its interior.

The Team entered the Sphere and searched immediately for the Command Center. It was as expected in the center of the Sphere. As they entered the inner most Sphere there were four Entities with a hologram of the the events in their midsts.

There was the female without hair Mona recognized from her vision, two feline hybrid humanoids, and a Twilight-like winged creature. It appeared the female was their leader.

The reality from which the Bright Sphere came was unlike anything the Federation had encountered before.

It ended as soon as it began. The Bright Sphere dematerialized along with the biosphere and the OBE teams were all left in empty space. What did this mean? The teams could not follow the invaders nor their own kind into what ever reality they went. This had never happened before.

Before, even when there was a parallel universe involved, from which DiDi and Celestial originally came, OBE was possible.

The reality from which the Bright Sphere came was unlike anything the Federation had encountered before.

Mona knew the key to unravel the mystery was the two creatures she saw in her vision.

The OBE and TPE Study groups held a joint meeting to go over the observations from the time regression mission. There were speculations but no hard evidence to prove anything.

The speculation was; the origin of the Bright Sphere was an alternate reality. The reality did not present like a parallel universe or a quantum shift in the present reality like the Twilight Entities operated from. So what was it?

Whatever it was, it had no hooks to the present reality, the ShadowLand travelers could not follow because they had no familiar reference to follow.

It was decided the OBE team with the closest DNA affinity to the personnel on the biosphere should attempt another mission and attempt to follow. However, since Kat nor the 10,000 personnel were genetically identical or similar to anyone on the OBE teams, that approach was ruled out.

Mona knew the key to unravel the mystery was the two creatures she saw in her vision. That is, the image of the human looking woman and the aquatic creature. Maybe, if she could find the grotto where she saw Titan and Saturn through the waterfall, it would help.
