humility: exploitable weakness or powerful mind?
im confused, some people say pride is the key to power and success, others say humility is the key.
but when i look at humble people they seem to have no objetives in life or ambition, and seem to be Ez to scam.
while arrogance and pride , i can see in form of wealtn, power, politics, etc..
but i am confused cuz i feel there must be some sort of balance btween pride and humility .. dunno i need to know what u ppl thinks

You have pride when you only want to look down on others and refuse to look up. Looking up means to humble yourself because you are looking at things that are above you, Jesus and God for example.

Humility is good if you care about your soul and want to go to Heaven after your lifetime here. Pride is to make it into the system we live which is all about service to self that is destroying the world.

Re: humility: exploitable weakness or powerful mind?
Compare these two:

A modest man doesn't want to blow smoke up his own ass. Go on and on telling everybody about how great he thinks he is. But is still okay with others doing this to him. Adele is a good example if you see interviews with her. Doesn't toot her own horn but is fine with being idolized by others.

Now compare that to trump who has no problem tooting his own horn while being idolized. He is arrogant. Vane. He loves talking about how great he thinks he is. He loves other people talking about how great he is.

In the above examples they are both the same. The only true difference is a man with no ego. We are about to see this when the truly mighty (Great. Powerful) reveal themselves.

They dance with the divine. They don't take or need credit for anything because they know they aren't really doing the doing. Everything is consciousness. They play with possibility. Are filled to the brim with infinite potential. They value beyond measure all of life. They understand the true potential of each of us is magnificent. This is available to all people not just some. All the time not just temporarily. This reality would have us believe otherwise right? There is no idolizing the greatness of a select few when you know the true potential of man. All men. This these people know.

Here is no putting anybody above or below others. There are no false idols. No idolizing anybody. This you will see you won't be able to worship them the nature of them won't allow it. If you consider the nature of power this is the people like Adele and Trump in the above example taking your power away from you.... They are parasites and we worship them. Their skill and talent is used and exploited by those whomgive them their work.

You can see how loaded this isbut the truly mighty want you to keep your power for yourself. Use it for yourself. They want to live in a world where everyone knows their true potential duh???!!! This will make the world divine.

The proud and arrogant and vane want to be the only great ones in the world as they use everybody else as a host to feed off seen when they are worshipped.

It depends on how you define Success.
To a prideful person, Success is one thing.
To a humble person, Success is something different.

A prideful person may work hard and have ambition to achieve material success (abundance) in the physical world. They may also fail, which may place the sense of pride at risk. Pridefulness leads to suffering.

A humble person may work hard and have ambition to achieve material success (abundance) in the physical world also. They also may fail, however their sense of humility will not be wounded. Humility is part of the path away from suffering.

Re: humility: exploitable weakness or powerful mind?
Humility is one of the highest virtues, it goes hand in hand with wisdom- as with uncovering things, one realizes they don't know much and it makes them feel humbled.

These days, humanity is so out of balance that kindness is seen as a weakness to be taken advantage of. We live in an extroverted, capitalistic 'sell yourself' kind of society currently. Humility is seen as 'anti-social, shy' or 'weird.' This does not take more introverted personalities into account.

Sadly, many people follow the ones who talk loudest, who spout plenty of words but say little because they think that's what leadership is.

Many of those who speak boldly and loudly are masking or covering over insecurities and surround themselves with followers or groups in order to feel validated and strong. But true strength does not come from others, it comes from Within.

True confidence and wisdom comes from within- it is quiet, unassuming, and only comes out when needed.

Don't be scared of the big guy who talks a big game but can't back it up with action. Be wary of the quiet, unassuming one who is the strongest is the room, but feels no need to show it, as he doesn't seek validation in the eyes of others.

here's an example: (it's in spanish, couldn't find an English version. watch the body language)

It is reverse psychology.
They have all of these and more.
You just don't get to see it.
You are the one showing your hand, they have a poker face.
