What typeof wid plants do you like

the blossoms probably are edible. I eat the sprouts and young plants up to about 3 sets of leaves.. after that they get a bit stronger tasting. I use them in my smoothies mostly but I like the really young sprouts to munch on.

the wild critters really like the seed heads after the petals drop. I have not tried one. I should.
