People like to say an impeachment would have gone nowhere.

That's true in terms of a conviction.

But it would have also sent a message to Obama he had better not go any further with his antics while attracting the public's attention to them more closely.

Obam a would have been left with two choices: either cut back on his efforts to push the envelope, which is something he has done relentlessly while in office, or risk having additional charges brought against him.

The additional charges and negative publicity might have possibly led to a conviction perhaps.

But no impeachment charges were ever brought. The result has been Obama getting more brazen by the day.

Most of this of this could have been avoided had the cowards in Congress not shirked their duties as elected officials.

Just look where it has taken us!

and I agree with my message. ;-)
Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved.

OP.

assuming you are not a bot, you do realize that you MUST commit a crime to be arrested.

'pushing the envelop' ? where is this listed as a crime in the criminal code?

Obama was never Constitutionally eligible to hold office and even the DNC knew it.
The 2008 DNC official papers sent to every state that declared their nominees for pres and VP OMITTED the phrase 'and declare the nominees Constitutionally eligible to run for the offices....'

This wording was omitted on purpose.

Fuck all Supreme Court judges and all of Congress for not upholding the Constitution and allowing Captain Shitstain to run and hold office.

What exactly would they have charged him with? What high crime or misdemeanor did he commit? You don't think if he had committed a crime that the Republican Party wouldn't have gladly taken the opportunity to boot his black arse out of office? You don't seem all that bright.
