I got a few plums once they ripened, but one night a family of racoons went into that tree and took every remaining one of them. It was as if they had planned the harvest for that night. The plums are about to ripen again, I have heard that ammonia will keep them away so I'm thinking about making some kind of a moat with ammonia around the tree this time. Good luck with your situation. Peepaws |

Good luck with your situation. If it's just a few trees, and you don't want to kill the animals, use a motion activated sprinkler. Works well. Saved many peaches last couple years from the "masked bandits". |
