The laser has neither the power nor tracking capability to hit a moving target at that range.

'With 20th Century technology, WE' kill by kinetic energy, (bullets, bombs and shrapnel) now in the 21st Century, 'WE' CAN kill by Direct Energy Weapons!
So....now we have 'technologies' used-in-reverse, to hurt and kill , not to help people (humanity). Evil or Very Mad

U.S. spends approximately 1/2 billion dollars on these weapons thru legitimate and black ops spending.

The Tactical High Energy Laser, built by Northrop Grumman Corporation for the U.S. Army, shot down multiple mortar rounds Aug. 24, proving that laser weapons could be applied on the battlefield to protect against common threats.

In tests representative of actual mortar threat scenarios, the THEL testbed destroyed both single mortar rounds AND MORTAR ROUNDS FIRED IN SALVO at White Sands Missile Range, N.M.

Here is one possiblity that has already proven to work as a 'shield' to destroy in flight missles
that were used in Iraq and afganistan, view the whole video, but at the 12:40 min mark and on, you can see these weapons in operation.

Those ba$tard$ are going to kill the lot of us.
"Until you are willing to organize your friends and neighbors and literally shut down cities - drive at 5mph through the streets of major cities on the freeway and stop commerce, refuse to show up for work, refuse to borrow and spend more than you make, show up in Washington DC with a million of your neighbors and literally shut down The Capitol you WILL be bent over the table on a daily basis." Yea, but it has been happening since at least the mid 80's in a significant way. You don't really believe SDI was cancelled and put on the back burner do you? hf
