I make $70k a year. That's pretty good money. So, I've basically become semi stagnant in my career not to say I'll ever lose my job because of it or anything I'm just not moving up anymore because that's good money to me, it's plenty, and I don't want to be promoted because I don't want to do that job, the next jobs up options suck ass. I'm certain that I'd be happy where I'm at. I'm still ambitious but my ambitions are in my hobbies now. But she keeps pushing and making me feel bad because I don't keep going up in my career. She thinks I could be better and do more and like I'm selling my self short. But she doesn't have to actually do that next level job either. She acts like I'm a loser now because I'm no longer really ambitious with the work that I do in wanting to move up.
