As someone that is taking a short break from packing up our rental apartment today I can definitely say there's more than £5k worth of stuff here.

We have bought the next place though so maybe we don't count.

I had over 30 grand in a fifth wheel.

You mean folding camping chairs? Yep, got a couple of those from Canadian Tire in the camper. Now I could use a new seat in the boat that they carry, but even though they were on sale recently, having the third seat in the middle uses up lots of valuable real estate when you're scrambling for a bonker or a net.

The boat functions best with two people, it's only 14'.
