NWO Technology that already exists to attack you nonviolently...

I am posting a YouTube video of a CIA/NSA created technology that already exists, it is called frequency wave generated audio. There are now speakers that make sound it works by using frequency to go directly to the brain bypassing the eardrum and targets the brain hearing receptors only.

Imagine what this technology could be used for in the wrong hands? For Example: In the middle east it could be used as a voice of god weapon directing people to commit terrorism. There is no audible sound only the individuals its focused at would hear it in their head. In the western world it could be used as a tool of intimidation, cause once the person reports it to authority they will be labeled mentally ill and their life ruined.
