They ruined the Lucifer show with the Mom character!

Yup, I'm not too happy with the whole "Mom" thing either. There were so many other better characters they could have come up with who had escaped Hell to be an adversary and such. They better do something good with her soon ... make her really evil. I do hate when they drag a story arc over a whole season, especially one that is weak to begin with.

The entire premise of the show is super ghey.

True, I thought it had potential but they just made it too low brow.

Lucifer/Satan/Devil is the Spirit of REBELLION. It's what turns love to hate, ego.

God/Jesus is the Spirit of OBEDIENCE to destiny or a plan. Seeing yourself as a servant to a greater good.

This show couldn't grasp that.

They had a great show with a good following but wanted more, so they tried to attract the Battlestar Galactia fans.
They were not even subtle about it either. They copied the way she was introduced the very 1st time a human cylon was shown on BSG and even though Tom Ellis delivered a great version of the song, they used the song (All Along The Watchtower) that was a huge part of the final couple seasons of BSG.

Like someone else said, they could have used Lilith instead of a mom for the focus of this season. But they would have to had gotten a much sexier female to play her. I never thought #6 was sexy at all.

I think they set the scene with the last part of ep 2 when shes looking up. Shes a bad ass!

She is Sophia mother of all the angels/archons and yeah she is a bad ass...believe it or not this website had a part in bringing her character into show.
