I have a long haired cat, believe he's a Norwegian forest cat from my research. He's 3 and was a shelter adoption. No issues with him aside from the fact he refuses to bury his poo. And that stench would take the varnish off a foot locker. I've had him checked and he's perfectly healthy.
Any idea's WHY he's not burying his crap? The other cat won't do it for him either not that I'd expect him to, but still, there are times I can smell it upstairs as the boxes are down in the basement.
It's like a combo of bad parmesan and blue cheese. Gag-worthy indeed.
Expecting a ton of shitty responses for this post, but seriously, any input or your own experience is appreciated.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71636087 If you had him declawed that could be a reason, or the litter is to fine or course. Cats that have been declawed receive pain from digging in course litter.
