At the three hour mark the FBI director communicated his intent to RE-open the investigation into Clinton's emails, just as Trump demanded a day before.

This signals a major shift in TPTB position and a recognition of Trump's lead in the polls, in an historic election that the whole world is fixated on.

Because "something's going to happen" is so vague it's meaningless. Taking someone's time and bandwidth for something meaningless is very rude.
