Why do Police Dashcams have "NWO .." On the display ?

Lol @ that one star bandit ,

Like this , almost every cop car vid has this NWO overlay on the screen ..


Just looking for what or why it is there ...always NWO with a dash or a number after , example. NWOO or NWO2 ...

Simple...they don't. You can find some with nothing, most have identifiers, in other words it is simply a way to identify who's car the camera is assigned to. Some have time stamps, directions of travel, initials of the officer....there is a wide variance.

I realize this is an old thread, but the Police Dashcams display "NWOO" on them and stand for "NATO Wartime Oil Organization". All COMMERCE is under Admiralty / Maritime laws on the sea, here on the land!
