Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7917296 This results in a person's inabilty to collect the salt water adhesive responible for stabilizing a person sleep during the course of the night by gluing the eye shut. Their eyes may indeed just come open durin sleep more than normal. This can be remedied by minimally invasive surgery. Happy long-term and restful sleeping. I would give you a reference but This is a post from the future. The test to suppport this will be a simple measurement of the number of hours of sleep as a function of depth of one's eye canal and determination if their is a correlation b/t depth and number of hourse slept. Obviously measure the usual REM all the sleep cycle elements. Hypothesized result longer deeper sleep is associated with a deeper canal. I have discovered this by observing my pets. The one that sleeps the longest when I clean their eyes in the morning has very deep canals and a significanty larger volume of the salt water that resulted for neutralization during digestion that occurs when one sleeps. |
