Broke and want to do green drinks/juicing. What's a quality but cheap way?

This is my breakfast of choice on most days:

Cup of soy milk (vanilla Silk)or almond milk
Large handful of baby spinach or kale
Frozen banana
Scoop of protein powder
Scoop of ground flax seeds
Dash of salt
Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Sweetener to taste

I throw it all in my Vitamix and blend until smooth. Tastes great and stays with you for hours.

Grow your own? I'm sure kale, sprouts and cabbage can be grown in colder weather. Maybe someone who's into allotments has advice for you.

For sure, look up Moringa powder, super healthy for you, and an organic bagful is very reasonably priced.

Boil water with grass in it.
Drink green water.

Use a blender so you get the fiber and still get the nutrition.

Craigslist. U can find a juicer on there for less than 20$ then save up for a refurbished vitamix & or an omega juicer.

Giant 25lb bag of carrots is about 8$ or pick ur own stuff in the wild or grow it.

Go to the Farmers Market and buy bulk !! youll save alot!

GO to a paint store and offer to buy any over made green paint.
They sell it by the bushel gallon, for now .

Plant some basella alba, it is tropical but it grows in your appartment like a charm.

Suck dick, ain't get cheaper, fresher or packed with nutrients than this.
