I think people beat themselves up over their fapping habits far more than necessary. The important thing is to be true to yourself. Decide if fapping is something you WANT in your life or not. Be honest there!

I personally found porn depressing for whatever reason. It wasn't the fapping as such I felt disgusted by afterwards, it was the porn.

The problem with porn and fapping, is when it takes more time than you want to give it, and when it makes you feel bad afterwards. Both problems can be solved.

Or, you can just give up fapping entirely. That's your choice though, and I think you should be honest with yourself there and not try to firce yourself to live afer someone else's idea of right and wrong.
