I've spent the last number of years traveling the West Coast, from Washington to San Diego and seen the disappearance of life in tide pools, the constant dead and dying pinnipeds, both young and old, millions of washed up "Little Sailor" dead jellyfish from Oregon to Santa Barbara and the absence of everything from urchins to abalone.

In the 80's and 90's I was a military certified Underwater Search and Rescue Diver on the central Cal Coast. And, I've suffered the effects of PTSD, it's abusive to use it as a weapon against someone who has suffered through it and faced it and fought it.
