I don't want to have the surgery because it's too invasive, and expensive. I know that rest will help it, but I want to help speed up the process. The pain can be unbearable at times. He had a hernia and used these pills and the hernia was gone. He did some extra heavy lifting about a year later and injured himself again. We ordered a couple more bottles and he's never had a problem since. This was about 10 years ago. [link to www.taoofherbs.com] |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64708053 You need to get to Tractor Supply or Amazon and get a jar of 99 percent pure DMSO. it burns when you first apply it to your skin but it goes away and is an amazing pain killer and soft tissue healer. And its proven. Its way they rub on horses legs when they have bad injuries to kill the pain and speed repair. It penetrates deeply and stops pain all over where you rub it and causes rapid cell regeneration. Instant pain relief. Google it. Then hurry up and buy it before the world gets more violent and martial law starts. Seriously. Every pepper needs to have it. Google it. DMSO pain relief and tissue repair. |

Just a simple sneeze and I feel like I'm going to die. I'm injured and I need to heal first, then strengthen the muscles. |

Like deflating a tire or basketball. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 64708053 The _____ O N L Y ____ way to correct a Hernia is surgery. The abdominal wall has torn in an area and because that wall constantly moves with each and every motion of your body, it can NEVER heal on its own. It will only get worse. I had a left, inguinal hernia. I got the surgery. The surgery friggin HURT more than the hernia. It took 8 weeks for it to heal enough where it didn't hurt anymore. If you fail -- or refuse -- to get the surgery, the hernia will simply get larger and, at some point, your intestines will penetrate through the wall, causing a bulge. IF THIS BULGE GETS CAUGHT IN THE WALL, THAT IS CALLED A "STRANGULATED HERNIA" AND IT CAN BE FATAL. Get the surgery. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71027993 No insurance go to the ER. If not your a puss. It's usually a mesh. You won't even know it's there. Inguinal hernia and sports hernia are different. I wish it was inguinal, then I would get the surgery/patch no problem. Fairly quick recovery. I have been dealing with the pain for about 7 weeks. I play basketball 3 days a week, and just didn't want to stop playing to go on the IR. Well, now I'm on the IR and need to heal as quick as I can. That's why I posed the question. |

I have a sports hernia. Its lower in my abdomen. I feel like I have a severe pulled groin. There is no bulge related to a sports hernia. They are different. |
