Women not putting their phones away while out for dinner?
Whenever i eat out or go to the pub i notice that the couples always look bored to death sitting at the table and the woman is usually 90 percent of the time on her phone instead of chatting to her partner. Every five minutes the woman will take her phone from her pocket and start texting away while the guy is just sat there looking lost looking at his pint glass.

Even my own GF points it out to me and says "look at that i hate that crap people should talk more" and yet from time to time she'll snapchat her sister while we are drinking. I give mine a pass though because she is a great conversation wherever we go.

What's the deal with these couples who just look at their phone the whole time and don't interact with each other while out?

I tell women up front, "no phones at the table".

Their brains are rewired, so the smart phone is "a part of them", akin to phantom limb syndrome.

The creepiest thing I seen, a few years back went to a pizza joint to pickup a pizza. Arrived too early, so had to wait 8-10 minutes.

There where two young women, maybe 17-19 at a booth table, eating pizza. The thing is, the entire time there, they where on their smart phones texting away, not saying a single word to each other.

Part of me is curious to know, "where they chatting with each other on their smart phones?". It truly was creepy. As if, they where so used to communicating via text, they chose text communication over verbal communication.

Re: Women not putting their phones away while out for dinner?
It's really hard for women to tell strangers and fake friends on the internet about their make believe perfect life at all times if they don't have their phone in hand whenever possible so that might be why. They are consumed by their ego and social status, and they also must know what every one is doing constantly, and they must focus on it at all times.

It's really entertaining watching them behave the way they do, due to their willingness to conform to whatever is expected to be conformed to like all social media, and all the other types of things every retard does these days, but it's kind of sad as well.

I see that all the time and find it irritating when
sitting at a table next to cell phones ringing and
people shouting into them.
As for other people doing it at the same table with me.
Well , if it happens... I rarely say anything.
But also ... unless it is an emergency which it never is.
It is the last time I eat or have a cup of coffee with
the person.
As I have little patience with rude behavior.
And there are plenty of people who politely turn off
their phones when they sit down or if it happens to ring.
But it isn't just good manors or polite behavior.
People who are addicted to cell phone talk miss out
on the gift of facial expressions and tonality when
talking with a person face to face !!!

its the new way of living people are connected and technology is getting more and more a part of our bodies. in the future we might have a system inplanted into our brains for communication without the phone. if we survive long enough we probly wont even have bodies or be living in only this dimension

Very true.

Also it might not be only the fault of the women. Takes two to have a discussion. Might be that the men they are out with are the type that either can't hold a discussion or have made it clear they would rather playing video games at home .

Yeah actually it is different. I don't let the things I read or watch change the way I think or believe, and I'm not at dinner or in the middle of a conversation with someone right in front of me that I care about. Your horribly thought out argument makes me think you must be a woman or just not very bright so which is it?
