The problem is that they board out of order. (Basically cut in line) in front of other people that have payed more for their ticket, or are a status member with the airline.
They then get to the seating area first, and stuff all of their shite in your overhead space, which leaves you without any room for your carry on bag.
They cut in line, they take your space, they don't know how to travel, and they need their asses beaten!
