Have you not grown up around any cities? The crime rate always increases at the end of the month. It is because the drug use doesn't stop just because the money runs out. People just supliment their income through petty crime. It also is not like people will say, "well my money is cut so I will stop using drugs and be responsible". Far from it. Everything takes a backseat to drug use. Kids, food, bills. The only thing I would not like about this executive order is the effect it has on the kids. They will be in homes with withdrawing "adults" and they will go hungry. I am in the opiate capitol of the midwest. These poor kids suffer so much as it is but parents will do the minimum to keep cps out of their house. If this is a thing, then these kids will no longer receive even the minimum. So if at all possible, they need to Co e down hard on that. However you would do it. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Certain things, they should stay the way they are.
