Spicer checks WH staffers' phones for leaks, vows more searches coming
One official told Fox that White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer called nearly two dozen staffers into his office and demanded the staffers’ cell phones in order to check for evidence of leaks. Spicer warned that the initial search would be “recess” compared to what awaits staffers in round two of the investigation, if the leaker – or leakers – aren’t discovered.

Spicer's action was first reported by CNN.

My understanding of the leaks is that Obama authorized sharing the NSA data collection info with multiple agencies. It probably isn't Trump staffers but federal agents not loyal to the President tapping the phones/emails etc..

We will not fear, for God hath willed His truth to triumph through us;

His rage we can endure, for lo, his doom is sure,
One little word shall fell him

Fox News is a piece of shit, here's why.

It's not Spicer's job to ask about cell phone leaks. That job belongs to Secret Service to check for hidden equipment.

He demanded cell phones in the office...well, there you go. put them in your lockers, down the hallway, like they do at the walmart, bub.

Make sure they're encrypted, except even the spies can see the lights fling out of the white house onto the other phones, when it occurs, even if tehy can't hear or see the message.

Remember when the White House was designed for no phones?

It's called the white HOUSE. They're in some other guy's HOUSE. IF HE ASKS THEM, AND THEY OBLIGE, that's their problem.

OH NEVERMIND THAT EVEN THEIR FOOTSTEPS ARE BEING TRACKED IN THE OVAL OFFICE. NEVERMIND THAT THERE IS A FOOTBALL QUARTERBACK BY EVERY DOOR WITH A NOODLE IN HIS EAR.

FORGET ABOUT THOSE MOUTH MICROPHONES AND THE SHOE MICROPHONES, AND THE RFID ON EVERYTHING IN A FED LAND THESE DAYS. DON'T LOOK AT THE CHIP IMPLANTS IN THEIR HANDS, OR THE FIBER OPTICS IN THEIR EAR HAIRS. LOOK, A LEAKY THING1!!! THEY MUST HAVE A MS KINECT AND THEY SAW MY GHOST.

And if they found it was YOUR phone then you WOULD be fucked.

How about Federal agents not loyal to the United States but to an enemy of the United State? What is to say an unknown, rogue element operating outside the chain of command against the lawful government of the United States are not in fact foreign operatives?

It doesn't concern you that these enemies might be planning a nuclear strike under the cover of Trump-hating?
