How the hell are you meditating???
I hope you are not opening up your mind and letting anything flood into it. When meditating, it is best to focus your mind on one thing. Don't chant either, especially to some "Om" deity...
If you deeply meditate, you can astral travel....
Be wary when doing this. There are other entities, in other dimensions that can effect or capture your inner soul or Chi....
