Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74642751 I was a single mum of 3 who saved a deposit and bought a house....if i can, anyone can. You mean, while on a benefit? I assume that you'd have to be at home looking after those 3 kids all day, how did you amass enough $$$ for a house deposit when it is estimated that it costs $14,000NZD a year to raise one child? [link to www.stuff.co.nz] So, those 3 kids would cost $42,000 a year, plus your own rent/food/power/internet/insurances. And then put away something like $500 a week if you want to save say 10 grand a year towards a house deposit. If you live in a small town then that would be viable, but if you live In auckland that would take DECADES just to save the deposit, let alone pay back the mortgage on your own. You'd have to be a CEO or won Lotto or something to be able to do this. Surely. Real life costs money. |

Not enough homes have been built and too many Chinese have been let into the country. |

"Tumbling, burning with white hot fire, I plunged into the depths of the abyss. Unspeakable pain, relentless agony, time ceased to exist. Only this torture and a deepening hatred of the hypocrisy that damned me to this hell. |

We have both been sold down the river to foreigners by our own treasonous governments. We currently have ex PM Tony Abbott telling the media that immigration should be cut, but of course the cuntrag just encouraged it when he was actually in a position of power...and so it goes... |

Tell everyone what a shit hole it is, to make them stay away. How many 'top end' folks have bug out shelters in NZ or Tassy now? I cant think of any racist Kiwi's I know, from any back ground. I know a couple of marble cake families and they're all cool as. |
