I'm no doctor, but it is logical to eat fresh garlic. It's a natural blood thinner. Walking is a good, gentle exercise that still gets the blood circulating. Walking up and down stairs is also good. This is basic, daily good stuff to do.
Since you might have a blood clot, eating 3 or 4 cloves of garlic could be good. It's hard to eat raw. Try dropping thin slices in hot soup to gently cook it enough to be palatable without cooking the vitality out of it.
If you don't have insurance because you are poor, try to get medicaid. It really is decent health insurance. You could also look for a health clinic in the meanwhile.
If garlic and walking do not produce results within a 2 or 3 days, then you may want to go to an emergency ward if you can't find a clinic or doctor to see you soon.
