Second, just because you select one protein source over another doesn't mean that each protein source is equivalent to another. Do you think you can get omega 3s from lentils? How about creatine like you do from meat? How about iron like you do from beef? Just because you survive as a vegan doesn't mean you're healthy as a result of being one. Just because you've adapted to a nutrient deprived lifestyle doesn't mean I'm going to pat you on the back for it. Vegan men probably emit enough pheromones for healthy offspring within the first few months cause their body is detoxed.... but the diet? When someone goes vegan for say the first few months/years. Their body is detoxed. But the diet can only sustain for so long. It's ok to detox. Get the circulatory system cleansed. But add animal protein eventually. |
