You say that sleeping pills don't work....

Have you tried Melatonin tablets. They come in 10mg each and they are over the counter supplements...

I have tried taking 3 and it knocks me out. If you take more, you may have trouble getting up in the morning...

Sorry Adorable and OP. Could be hormones, adrenal fatigue, hyperthyroid? To you and OP.

Remember all the stories we used to hear back in the late nineties and early tao thousanxs. They put up all those cell towers and people couldnt sleep. Took sleeping pills and did crazy things they couldnt remember afterwards.

There's at least about 50 million, give or take, within a certain radius. Depends on the OP's location.

Ever since I gave it up I am in the same boat as OP. However, I have much more energy, even with sleeping only 4 hours for days on end. When I can't sleep I just get up and do stuff, but it would be nice to sleep like I used to. Tried melatonin, sleep pills, still wired. I'm a voracious reader so it keeps me busy.
