All he has to do to lower costs is allow insurance companies to compete across state lines. You would then get large enough "economies of scale" to lower costs and increase services.

No need for government/taxpayer $$ inputs.

Sure that was Trump's big all in one solution that he promised to fix healthcare and make it cheaper for all of us. He said it over and over in the campaign.
