Kids die every year from this. You've obviously never lived in a really hot climate, but car (when left in sun with no air con) interiors can heat up to 50-60C+ inside in 40C+degree climates. Ok fair enough, if she was there the whole time and trying to resolve the situation, then that's another matter. Maybe in that case she should not have been ticketed. But in other cases, where neglectful parents leave kids in hot cars while they go to the bar, casino, shopping etc...then that deserves a lot more than a ticket. |
