I am always alert around a cyclist on the road because I have no idea which way he is going to jink and I may hit him. Hope Scott does well and the dipstick that hit him is found by either law enforcement or karma. This isn't the time for that. Have some respect for a fellow American who is having a hard time. He is doing well, got extracted, is in recovery. Turns out he was not hit by a car at all... He was a couple shots too deep into jameson. Had been working on his brakes earlier when the back brakes failed, and locked up his front brakes. It was the handlebars that got his bladder, and his collar bone that broke his fall, along with his head. Got knocked out and remembers waking in the hospital. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. I believe the combined effort of positive reinforcement is what has led to his recovery, as well as the result of what actually occurred.  Only the insane have the strength to prosper. Only those that prosper, judge what is sane. |
