I love it when these women pull these tactics on me. I shut them down, hard.

As soon as their feelings, or guilt comments come into play, I shut them down with statements about how I don't need the drama.

They will invariably come back with statements about how I am lecturing them. That is where I get up and leave the room to let them ponder what they have said. The next time I see them they will typically double down on their "feelings" or try to make the discussion about how their statements are valid and try to get me to agree but I just ignore them and go back to the issue at hand.

Indeed, not playing their game and taking control of the situation with stern resolution and facts are the only way.
