Schumer accused President Trump in a Thursday op-ed of being a white supremacist and that the only appropriate way for him to prove that Schumer is lying about him is to disband the voter fraud commission. Are there not white people voting illegally too Chuck or do you know who they are because you’re orchestrating it and they’re all non-whites?

As the American people begin the healing process after Tuesday’s Manhattan terror attack, one curious question sticks out in the minds of many; How on earth did the terrorist Sayfullo Saipov gain entry to the U.S. from Uzbekistan? Blame Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer.


Under the “Diversity VISA Program,” Saipov immigrated to the U.S. in 2010.

What is the “Diversity VISA Program,”? It’s a lottery for individuals from nations with few immigrants in the U.S. The immigration program was the brainchild of none other than Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). Schumer, then a member of the House worked alongside lobbyists to write the “Diversity VISA Program,” which would form the basis of the “Immigration Act of 1990.”

Via the Numbers USA research report on the “Immigration Act of 1990”:

The Schumer proposal would have set aside 75,000 visas each year for a new category of “diversity immigrants.”112 Under this proposal, the world would be separated into “high-admission regions” and “low-admission regions,” within which would be “high-admission states” and “low-admission states.”

The regions used in the Schumer proposal were: 1) Africa; 2) Asia; 3) Europe; 4) North America, excluding Mexico; 5) Oceania; and 6) South America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

Within a four-day period, the conferees met, agreed and issued a report, and both the House and the Senate approved the final report.128 As passed, the Immigration Act of 1990129 included a Diversity Transition program that would allocate 40,000 visas per year in 1992, 1993 and 1994 to nationals of “adversely affected” countries, as defined by the 1986 diversity program.

The Immigration Act of 1990 was enacted on November 29, 1990.

According to Conservative Review, the U.S. has “admitted over 59,000 legal permanent residents from Uzbekistan since 2001.”

An Indian athlete who overcame a visa denial with the help of U.S. lawmakers and a local mayor to attend the World Snowshoe Championship in New York has been arrested on charges of the abuse of a minor.

It was a long journey for Indian snowshoe champion Hussain and his coach to the World Snowshoe Championships in Saranac Lake, New York last weekend.

The pair were initially denied visas to travel to the U.S. in the chaotic days following the Trump administration’s travel ban, but with the help of Saranac’s mayor and — according to Mir — the office of Democratic Sen. Chuck Schemer, the American Embassy in New Delhi reversed their decision Feb. 17 and allowed them to travel to the competition.

Chuck Schumer, an outspoken opponent of President Trump’s attempts to more carefully vet refugees and visa holders coming into the United States, bragged about getting around Trump’s temporary travel restrictions on his Facebook page:



Hussain hails from the Indian side of the disputed Himalayan region of Kashmir, which is predominantly Muslim. Although India is not one of the seven countries that were part of the initial travel ban, Hussain and Khan had alleged they were victims of it when their first attempt at procuring visas to travel to the United States was turned down in late January, the first business day after Trump’s travel ban was put in place.

Khan told the BBC that an employee at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi told them they were being rejected because of “current policy.”

U.S. officials said at the time that the denial was not connected to the travel ban. An embassy spokesman said they were preparing a statement for release later in the day.

Tanveer Hussain was indicted in August, 2017, by an Essex County grand jury for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old Saranac Lake girl earlier this year.

The grand jury returned the indictment charging Tanveer Hussain with one count of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a report in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise quoted a press release from Essex County District Attorney Kristy Sprague as saying.

The reckless and irresponsible acts of Democrat legislators like Senator Chuck Schumer, perfectly illustrates why Trump was right about demanding that we put additional vetting measures in place for immigrants.
