Re: Does St Germain Read GLP? Any other immortals?
Internal alchemy trumps any type of physical substance or action. Good health will come about as a result of moving from dynamism to stillness. The goal of kriya/alchemy is to reunite the dynamic creative energy with the static still origin. Knowledge and practice intertwine and end each other.

Realizing the nature of self as infinite consciousness, which is never divided, stills the vibratory energy. Using kriya/alchemy to progressively bring this energy under control leads to experiencing the pure static state, in which the lack of division is experienced first hand (since the dynamic creation is ended in this state).
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69826101

I've just started to realize this. As far as elixir of life goes, sexual fluids are brimming with unearthly energy. and look how we waste them.

This goes back to what many posters have said. We have the keys in our hand and we waste the opportunities due to indiscipline.

The goal of kriya/alchemy is to reunite the dynamic creative energy with the static still origin.

When you say 'lack of division' you're speaking symbolically. But I also wonder if slowing down the energy will literally slow the telomere degradation process.

*

Are there examples of masters who've lived past 150 using mainly internal methods? You hear many stories about China. Impressive.
 Quoting: Daozen

When we talk about the creative energy in kriya/alchemy, we don't mean the physical bodily fluids, but the non-physical force that emanates from unconditioned consciousness. The field of undivided consciousness (which is all there is) is momentarily agitated, this agitation is the vibratory dynamic force that brings about the ego-sense (which then leads to the world appearance). Bringing this dynamic force under control reverses the process of creation allowing the ego-sense to be quieted, and your identity as unconditioned awareness to be realized.

When I say lack of division I do not speak symbolically, I'm saying that in reality the basic division that brings about the diverse world appearance is false, it doesn't happen in the first place. Experiencing the still static state lets you see past this illusion.

There is an example of a practitioner of taoist alchemy named Li Ching Yun who lived to 250. His advice is telling: "Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog". The most important part is the the first thing he says, "keep a quiet heart", this means living without ever leaving the still static state, without awareness of division and individual existence. Staying active within the world, without desire or attachment to concepts and experience.. Staying "quiet" while still living and acting.

Re: Does St Germain Read GLP? Any other immortals?
That was interesting, Canada, but a lot of what you wrote is beyond me right now.

I am mainly looking for breathing methods and other practices. Though I realize that you've provided a high level overview of the alchemical process, which I shall grow to understand over the months and years. Your post is an underlying template, if you will.

A partial distillation of what you wrote is the yoga saying: "We only have a certain amount of alloted breaths per lifetime. If we slow down that breathing, we'll live longer. "

A first practice would be to breath evenly and slowly at all times, letting the energy rise and fall as it needs, and letting the internal fires gently disperse into the body. The world sucks out our fire. This fire is the digestive/transmutative force.

If we expend our garbage collecting/transmutative power, toxins; whether physical or spiritual, eventually overwhelm us.

That's why periodic inedia is so powerful, it gives the body more time to digest.

*

And then we have Richard Shavers "mythical" book, where Lemurians drank multiple distilled water to ward off death.

Re: Does St Germain Read GLP? Any other immortals?
QUOTE: One of the central mechanisms responsible for the aging of cells is the shortening of telomeres. Telomeres are repetitive DNA sequences at the ends of chromosomes which act as protective caps. Every time a cell divides, its chromosomes undergo a doubling process so that the two daughter cells receive equal amounts of DNA. During the DNA replication and the separation of the newly formed chromosomes, small chunks of DNA are trimmed off at the end of the chromosomes. By having protective telomere caps, the shortening process only affects the telomeres and not the essential gene-encoding parts of the chromosome.

When cells in a tissue are damaged then their neighboring cells or reservoirs of regenerative stem cells and progenitor cells have to kick in, divide a replace the damaged cells. Having long telomeres would allow these regenerative neighbors to keep on dividing and restoring the tissue, whereas short-telomere cells would have to give up early on because their protective telomere caps would dwindle. Regenerative cells such as stem cells are frequently called upon to divide and this is why it is a good thing that these regenerative cells tend to contain high levels of an enzyme called telomerase which helps prevent the shortening of the telomeres. Telomerase thus acts as an anti-aging enzyme. The roles of telomeres and telomerase in cellular aging were first uncovered in the 1980s and 1990s by the pioneers Elizabeth Blackburn, Carol Greider and Jack Szostak, who all shared the 2009 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for “the discovery of how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and the enzyme telomerase“.

Re: Does St Germain Read GLP? Any other immortals?
Here is the absolute key. At this point, we don't know what is truth and what is establishment misdirection. But there's a lot of good info in plain view:

SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN: In fact, increasing telomerase levels ought to lengthen telomeres but in the case of cancer, too much telomerase can be just as bad as too little telomeres. Too much telomerase can help confer immortality onto cancer cells and actually increase the likelihood of cancer, whereas too little telomerase can also increase cancer by depleting the healthy regenerative potential of the body. To reduce the risk of cancer we need an ideal level of telomerase, with not a whole lot of room for error. This clarifies that “telomerase shots” are not the magical anti-aging potion that Faust and so many other humans have sought throughout history.
Why is that telomere lengths are such good predictors of longevity, but too much telomerase can be bad for you?

Did you read the Elizabeth Claire Prophet books on St. Germain? What an amazing man he was/is.

I read My Rosicrucian Adventure (Israel Regardie) and the book indicates that there are immortal ascended masters such as Germain living in a nirvana like place in Switzerland in the Alps. This place can be reached by passing through a cascading waterfall.

They definitely do not want to be found.

Bodily fluids... Reading the ACs on not wasting life force and male essence. It finally clicked how stupid it is to waste our emissions without thinking about it. They're a true gift from the creator.

So I decided to draw up the male energy all day and gently circulate it.

I felt more energy, and felt a calm glow in my body. Never again shall I waste this elixir unless with a beautiful woman.

I felt my cells were slightly energized. I felt my cells "close off" in a good way. It's hard to explain. But I felt that the energy level increased, and when you hit a certain level of energy, the cleansing/longevity process starts to kick in.

Thanks to AC Canada for reminding me of the potency of these methods.

Switzerland is right that the gates of knowledge will not open up fully until I/we learn how to love fully.

Someone mentioned rosy lye.

Kettles fill up with limescale (calcium carbonate/nanocalcium)
as they get older. So do our bodies. If you scrub a kettle with soap and acids, you can clean out the gunk. We have to try and do the same. But I suspect that's only 1/4 of the equation. The main goal is repairing the telomeres.

Worry not, dear reader. I'm not going to go round drinking soap or lye. lol. But I wonder if natural herbs that act like soaps could be a key:

What is the relationship between telomerase, calcium, and cancer?

An AC in another thread is right. Abstaining from unnecesary sexual activity is an easy way to gain huge amounts of energy, which probably translates into increased physical vigor. A night with a woman now and then is no bad thing, but wasting time with Silvia Saint vids is probably deleterous to my aims. It's not my fault. The devil made me do it.

Alchemically I need to learn to draw sexual energy up into the lower dandien, and then into the heart, and let it cycle freely like dew or a cool chakra in the shade. I won't go overboard with microcosmic cycle techniques, but I'll practice a softer version of them.

Rosy lye again.

- Sodium hydroxode (lye) is highly toxic if ingested raw.

- Alchemists looked for potash. Red potash exists.

- Very dilute lye solution is used in cooking.

- Lye has the ability to cleanse surfaces and scavenge dead flesh.

- Cancer is primarily composed of necrotic cells.

Im not going to be dumb enough to drink artifial lye. But a natural extract with lye like properties may help cleanse the body.

The closest think to Rosy Lye is Red Potash.

Whenever I read anything about immortality I always think to myself: OK, what herbs should I take, and what protocols can I follow.

I need to look at Highlander again.

I would stick to the tv series. I still have not seen the movies all the way through and I think I own the first one.

humic/fulvic acid?

Silica?

I just ran across how plants actually use silicates to sort of make the pathways for the nutrients. plants even have places to store silicates.

Not sure how that translates to humans atm.

Me neither.... but lets just throw everything out there and see what sticks. I'm fairly sure any powerful herbs will be very cheap. It's the research that costs time and effort.

I heard good things about humic/fulvic acid. I tried zeolites and clay. Another good health trick.

And let us just enjoy the journey.

I hate to see myself typing such a goal-oriented sentence.

But...

Did you get any practical clues from it?

I bet it'd be a good watch anyway. They love to hide the truth in plain view.
