When we talk about the creative energy in kriya/alchemy, we don't mean the physical bodily fluids, but the non-physical force that emanates from unconditioned consciousness. The field of undivided consciousness (which is all there is) is momentarily agitated, this agitation is the vibratory dynamic force that brings about the ego-sense (which then leads to the world appearance). Bringing this dynamic force under control reverses the process of creation allowing the ego-sense to be quieted, and your identity as unconditioned awareness to be realized.

When I say lack of division I do not speak symbolically, I'm saying that in reality the basic division that brings about the diverse world appearance is false, it doesn't happen in the first place. Experiencing the still static state lets you see past this illusion.

There is an example of a practitioner of taoist alchemy named Li Ching Yun who lived to 250. His advice is telling: "Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog". The most important part is the the first thing he says, "keep a quiet heart", this means living without ever leaving the still static state, without awareness of division and individual existence. Staying active within the world, without desire or attachment to concepts and experience.. Staying "quiet" while still living and acting.

That was interesting, Canada, but a lot of what you wrote is beyond me right now.

I am mainly looking for breathing methods and other practices. Though I realize that you've provided a high level overview of the alchemical process, which I shall grow to understand over the months and years. Your post is an underlying template, if you will.

A partial distillation of what you wrote is the yoga saying: "We only have a certain amount of alloted breaths per lifetime. If we slow down that breathing, we'll live longer. "

A first practice would be to breath evenly and slowly at all times, letting the energy rise and fall as it needs, and letting the internal fires gently disperse into the body. The world sucks out our fire. This fire is the digestive/transmutative force.

If we expend our garbage collecting/transmutative power, toxins; whether physical or spiritual, eventually overwhelm us.

That's why periodic inedia is so powerful, it gives the body more time to digest.

Here is the absolute key. At this point, we don't know what is truth and what is establishment misdirection. But there's a lot of good info in plain view:

Did you read the Elizabeth Claire Prophet books on St. Germain? What an amazing man he was/is.

I read My Rosicrucian Adventure (Israel Regardie) and the book indicates that there are immortal ascended masters such as Germain living in a nirvana like place in Switzerland in the Alps. This place can be reached by passing through a cascading waterfall.

They definitely do not want to be found.

I looked at your link. Why not take the Astragalus Root instead? Far safer and much less expensive.

Hey Aethyra... I'm open to all ideas. I can probably source Astralagus root round here. Its an ingredient in a common Chinese medicinal soup called Si Wu Tang. I always felt better when I took it.

I think these companies are sincere, but as you said... there might be a huge markup involved.

I'll keep looking, and happily listen to all input.

In your first link, the ebay link, it indicates that Astragalus causes the body to regenerate telomerase. He warned against the synthetics as well. So be careful with those $300.00 drops.

Locally sourced herbs are a great option. I dont have that luxury where I live.

I would never drop 300USD on a product lest I was 1000% sure. You can get anything you need locally on ebay or Amazon.

And I have to say... I don't want to infringe on the guy's privacy, but I found at least 3 pictures of Pharrell making a V sign with his hands. They're on Google Image search, but I won't repost them cos I like the guy.

I mention this only to show that;

1) Some people live a long time.
2) Blood is a key.
3) I hope we can find ethical ways of solving the aging problem.

Bodily fluids... Reading the ACs on not wasting life force and male essence. It finally clicked how stupid it is to waste our emissions without thinking about it. They're a true gift from the creator.

So I decided to draw up the male energy all day and gently circulate it.

I felt more energy, and felt a calm glow in my body. Never again shall I waste this elixir unless with a beautiful woman.

I felt my cells were slightly energized. I felt my cells "close off" in a good way. It's hard to explain. But I felt that the energy level increased, and when you hit a certain level of energy, the cleansing/longevity process starts to kick in.

Thanks to AC Canada for reminding me of the potency of these methods.

Me neither.... but lets just throw everything out there and see what sticks. I'm fairly sure any powerful herbs will be very cheap. It's the research that costs time and effort.

I heard good things about humic/fulvic acid. I tried zeolites and clay. Another good health trick.
