One time I listened to this stuff all afternoon, and the next morning I woke up and I felt just great, better than I'd felt in a long long time. The music was the only thing I'd done different and so I made a note of it and have listened to it occasionally ever since. I do like this new one that I posted here though, better than some others I've heard. Glad you think it's cool too! |

I don't know. hey just a heads up, 432 is not the correct frequency. It was supposed to be based on the schumann resonance at 8 hz, it turns out the schumann resonance is somewhere around 7.83 which changes everything, So 432 is not accurate to the shuman, the more correct hz is 430.64 I know it sounds strange but do some research! here are some cool vids. |

It was pretty recently, within the last year. I must have found some of it here on the forum and then searched it out on youtube, the healing "Solfeggio Frequencies" which I don't know much about. I guess I got intrigued by the possibility of it maybe having an actual effect on cells, mood, etc. Then when I listened to a few and used them as background while working, I found the tonal kinds were less distracting. Otherwise I was kind of waiting for the piano note or whatever. And I've never liked flutes. I'll read up about the binaural aspect of it though. I've heard of that, but I don't know anything about it, so thanks for adding that to the thread. Was the one you posted, from your youtube channel? |
