This can affect you just as well as any terrorists. This law and more to come will restrict your ability to "fight back" by enacting legislation that makes it illegal to organize or speak about anything they are doing regarding the comingcontrol of the Internet. Thus restricting all the hackers and crackers out there from organizing to prevent their total information takeover. I suppose, in retrospect, it might be a good thing that most programmers have placed hidden backdoors in all the software or functions they author. |
