Because the OP posted a link reply in another thread to a gay porno site that I have seen used to trash GLP at another forum that his afraid to post this thread was all about, so he or she was nothing more than a shit stirring asshole with the I'm so innocent bullshit and two year old crap. Any more questions?

Just one, As long as that thread had no porno and members were replying to it, shouldn't it be left on it's own merit? Not everyone has been coming to GLP since, it started?! And once that person injected their porno into it , well, then yes it should be deleted.

If you were "afraid" to post it, you knew it was going to get deleted. Now you're all pissy because it did.

As YOU can see where I'm from, very few people log on from this island/area. I learned that when Trinity posted that page that showed where people logged on from what pages were read, etc.

They can and do, the new person Seadubb's thread is probably the one that SHR is referring to because unfortunately I clicked a link in that thread, that post has been deleted but the thread continues, and thanks to the Mod that deleted that link

Yes we do, by link reply I meant a reply that was nothing more than a link, the one you asked about was a gay porno link, that is gone. The OP of the deleted thread was the same poster as the gayporn reply poster. Once he revealed himself and his motovations, the afraid thread went.

GLP has a full archive from that time period and you can go and literally live in the past if you care to. Based on experience, those types of threads turn into.."Oooh but I liked it better when....." and always bring the posters with them that are only here to trash us and play that game. Because the OP revealed himself and because I know that old game all too well, the thread has been removed because it had no merit other than to start shit.

The reason I addressed your question asking about it's removal is because I understand that at times it does appear we can be heavy handed. Try and remember that we mods have access to information you do not, and most of us have been around a long time. We can see what is really going on more clearly because of those advantages, so many times there is more to something than meets your eye....;)

Not to highjack the thread here but can you please tell me why I could not get GLP at work today? We don't use AOL, I don't spam. Yet, it appears we were banned.I was missing and jonesing for my GLP!

Honestly i never knew any of the story of GLP being sold and regular posters being banned at that time. Thats why i asked if it was true.
As for the gaylink thing,Yes i wrote, "heres a good site for you, OP. Lemonparty.com (which didnt become a clickable link)
I did it jokingly to a thread where someone asked for some good websites to visit. Ive seen way worse on GLP!!
