September 12th 2001 Plane Crash in NYC

That was in November, not September. It was all over the news when it happened.

If the gov't is so gung-ho about implementing martial law, why wasn't this accident blamed on terrorism?

The sheep would have ate it up at the time. All the patriotic sheep were flying little flags on their precious cars.

Anybody remember the Concert for N.Y. city put on by Paul McCartney? (The Who were great! BTW) There was a N.Y. fireman or cop, not sure which, who obviously was drunk and shot off his mouth telling the terrorists they could "kiss his royal Irish (Irish-American) ass." Then he told them where he lived in Rockaway and dared them to come get him. I don't know if they included that in the DVD that was made of the concert but I have it on tape.
When the crash happened I thought of that guy, but the media was saying it wasn't terrorist related. Lately I've been seeing stuff online that says it was. In all the t.v. coverage I saw they never gave the specific location (like street names) of the place it happened in Rockaway,which I thought was strange.

Rockaway is right by JFK and over the flight path... How is that odd?

IT WAS SHOE BOMBER NUMBER ONE AND IT WAS IN NOVEMBER ON A HIGH ALERT DATE WARNING THAT THE HOMELAND SECURITY MONKIES ANNOUNCED THEY WOULD NOT DIVULGE THIER SOURCE FOR THAT INFO.

It was on veterans day. I remember I got off work early that day & came home & watched the coverage. They tried to pass it off as wind sheer. But witnesses reported hearing explosions before the crash.

It's always bugged me that this story didn't get the exposure it deserved. Kinda odd how everybody just forgot about this one. "The consequences so far are catastrophic. The fatalities were inhumane."

Oh, the humanity.

265 intact bodies were recovered.

Thats not the only thing that bugged me.

So why couldn't number two get the job done? Was he intended to fail?

That would be the point, why was he stupid enough to try to light the bomb in his seat, why not find somewhere a little more private - like the washroom?
