You took the words right out of my mouth!! What if these two seperate objects are only part of a larger object which broke up and could have produced even more undetectable objects? This begs the question--what would be easier; tell the world that there is an inbound object and there is nothing anyone can do but dig in and pray, or say nothing until after there is a mile-wide crater where New York/Denver/London/Rome/Madrid etc. used to be?
