Ahmadinejad: Israel wouldn't dare attack Iran
The question begs to be asked, why is Ahmadinejad goading Israel into attacking Iran?

------------------

Israel would not dare attack Iran, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday.

"They don't have the courage to attack Iran. The Iranian response would make them regret it and they know this very well," Ahmadinejad said in an interview with Al-Jazeera.

Regarding Israel's missile test from the Palmahim air force base earlier Thursday, Ahmadinejad said the countries in the region were not impressed by "this criminal entity that is trying to show off its weapons in a threatening way."

Ahmadinejad went on to say that that US President George W. Bush sent a "message of confrontation" during his recent Mideast trip.
Bush spent much of his visit to the region rallying support among Arab allies for a strong stance against Iran.

Re: Ahmadinejad: Israel wouldn't dare attack Iran
why would you say that OP, if he is telling the truth as the nation of Iran sees it.
We all know about Iran, their intentions and what they are like according to our media (does not mean it is correct. it may be or may not). However we seem to ignore the obvious and what Israel is like. We know what they have done in the past to people in Gaza. killings, torture and deprving children of food. isolating them etc etc etc etc and i could go on and on.
Ahmadinejad knows all this as deep down the people of the whole world know. But he is the only person in the world as a leader who has the guts to stand up and say so. this does not make him a bad guy. its just that we see him as one because our media says so because we support Israel and we close our eyes to what Israel does.
Ahmadinejad protecting Iran as any leader would. Israel and her nukes with support of the west and USA is the worst recipe and combination in this world at present moment.
During the cold war and years before that no one was stupid enough to even mention the word nuke. But now Israel and USA are actually threatening other nations by saying they are going to nuke them and hence start WW3 and destroy the whole world for a 1000 years. Are we mad? or in reality our leaders want it that way?

Islam is the aggressor. Israel has constantly been drawn into unnecessary battles. They have always been on the defensive side of the game, unlike offensive Islamic nations

Agreed. I wonder if this isn't due to hatred going back thousands of years rather than due to Palestinian issues

O.K. Is this correct.. Mohammed flew on a horse to
Jerusalem.. because a meteor had landed there??
Why do the Arabs want Israel.. I know that some settled
there once the Jews were ran out.. Why can't the Muslims
recognize Judaism and Christianity? We recognize them and
don't want to run them out
