It wasn't an official diagnosis, I just saw my doctor, described some symptoms and he said they are bipolar, so he put me on meds which I took for a bit, then stopped taking them after a couple months... that's the only brush I've had with health, compulsively wanting to end it all for a while and zigzagging between highs and lows, but have been pretty regular the last year or so, though one can also attribute that to living with my GF vs. being alone and stuck in my brain.
