HAARP Has turned on the 2.5 hz frequency

The stuff with HAARP is scary shit.

So, what does that image mean. I see some noise in the 2.5hz range...but what could it be?

It's always concerned me that HAARP generally broadcasts at a frequency which a persons brain operates on. On this instance, the range effected is Theta, which is the frequency of a brain while in deep sleep. Gives new meaning to the term 'asleep' in reference to unknowledgables.

Assuming the signal is present where we each are, then we should be feeling symptoms such as being drowsy, forgetful, slow processing of information, weak, uncoordinated - things of that sort.

I wonder how close you'd have to be to the array right now to be getting a taste of those symptoms..

I've been having all of those symptoms since yesterday...and I was even crying over nothing this morning---and I usually only cry when someone close to me dies, but not for no reason.

And the chemtrail planes were going crazy here the past 4-5 days. I'm in Colorado.

Well if you live in the midwest or further from Alaska, I wouldn't be too terribly worried that you're on the receiving end at the moment. I happen to have a an ELF field meter and it's not registering too much noise. To be more specific, the read-out is minimal and completely normal. This makes me think though, as an experiment of curiosity, perhaps I should check the meter at random times and see if the spikes (which occur at times, last hours and are significant) correlates with the HAARP output.

The crying thing though: I've seen someone smoke some bud laced with bad PCP once, ended up crying uncontrollably for quite some time. Said she felt absolutely fine but couldn't stop crying. I think that went on for 15-30 minutes. But, the symptoms I listed with the addition of crying would most probably indicate depression.

The frequency which HAARP was emitting would cause a person to feel exhausted and docile, not emotional, but to the contrary. Then again, there's a minority out there who's brains interpret frequencies differently than the rest.

Fluoride has a depressant effect too.
