The only thing I am grateful for at this moment which I wasn't for some time is I know how to use my hands and have a trade(s). Over the years I was quite jealous of those making all these big bucks in the mortgage/real estate industry now I see others so more well off than me at the time just buying bigger and more. My house is small but so are my needs and bills (at least we try).
