The scuttle butt is that the oil IN the tanker is absolutely swimming with intelligence, poisoned if you like, with nano tech or what ever the initial 'stuff' was that was in the oil regards the BEZERK thread. [as opposed to any mechanism employed by the planet itself, or subsequent synthetic life forms created by Venter, or spin offs from unforseen mergers.] The US taking a key lead in this event is interesting, given Russia's greater understanding of what the situation is about. Or at least what we've been told the situation is. From the bezerk perspective, this may be what all the other events around the planet are masking? THEY CANNOT LET INFECTED OIL OUT INTO THE BIOSPHERE. I haven't checked yet, but are any pipelines directly connected to this port, and if so, did they end up anywhere where there was a refinery explosion? or maybe troops taken over the refinery? - cutting off escape routes.... This 'sickness' has a mind. C'mon... Navy Seals, guided missiles pointed at the tanker... troops? Not like this big ol' gal can slip away quickly in the night.
