If what she says about this nanotechnology being delivered via aerosols and consumer products is really true, it would violate the Luciferian code of ethics. Their cult has always operated on the principle of acquiring their victims' consent (albeit through deceptive means) so that they can offload the karmic consequences of their plans to the masses. Basically, it's a philosophy of giving people enough rope to hang themselves. However, if everyone is being infected with nanoparticles through mere passive exposure, it denies them the opportunity to refuse or opt out of the beast system, creating a direct karmic burden for the elite without a loophole. The only way they might get around this problem is if the consent factor has to do with giving individuals a choice that determines whether the nanotechnology becomes active, or remains passive in the body and eventually eliminated by the immune system. This "choice" might be whether or not they decide to live within a smart city, or even use a 5G cellphone.
