True! Same here. But with all these companies taking away what we skinny people NEED, we are doomed, lol.

Pretty soon it will target sizzler...All you can eat.....for 20 minutes. lol

MORE GRIDWORK = MORE BODY

As you ascend in vibration, your non phyisical bodies, gridwork and lightbody will expand. Eventually this will happen in the physical too. What does this mean? You will start to put on weight. If you don't realise you are ascending you will be putting on weight for no apparent reason. You will crave weird 'hormonal' foods and all the fatty and salty things you've been avoiding for years. You will want to eat. Your body needs fuel to start regenerating and repairing. Your body needs to get larger as the organs expand, especially around the diaphragm and belly.

At this point, many ascending people start fighting the weight gain (especially those who have always been thin). If they are conscious of their ascension, one part of them says, yes I know if I want to ascend I must put on weight and eat. The other part says I have to stay thin because thin is good. My friends, family and society in general expect me to be thin or else I have a weight 'problem' (actually they have the problem because you're ascending!). If people are not conscious of their ascension they can't understand why they are putting on weight and go to great lengths to diet and exercise it off - often without much success.

What about people who are already fat before they start ascending? Well they already have a head start, so they usually don't have to add any more. But you should check with your guidance how much of the gridwork you are carrying is your own. Some people carry extra weight because they carry gridwork for others. Start by 'intending' that you release and return all gridwork that is not your own and to recall any missing gridwork of your own. This may cause you to lose weight if you were carrying too much for somebody else, or add weight if you were missing gridwork.

What is annoying is how large they are making clothes now. They call it vanity sizing. I don't know if it's true for men's clothes, but in women's clothes, they are calling what used to be a size 4 a size 0 now. I'm at the bottom range of sizes now, and half the time the size 0 is too big. And I am the same size and weight I was in high school which was a 3/4 or 5/6 because my old stuff still fits. Suddenly I am a size subzero?

If all the skinny people died ,the fat people would be happier. Big, beefy, bouncy,shiny happy lard arses dripping with trans fat and glittering with sugar crystals.

you can still buy butter last time I checked. fresh ground peanut butter is high in good fats. there's still plenty of high fat foods out there for us of the narrow assed demographic.

I give our family 1tbl spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil daily. Our brain is just like an oily computer and without that oil, our computer will not work properly

If you take the time to cook your own meals and cut out all the processed boxed foods, the problem will be solved.

I cook my own meals. But pretty soon, the stuff will change. Everything will be fat free. It's coming.

Look at the GLP thread right now about the oncoming Bees dying and the inevitable famine, The fat people cannot catch the skinny people and are therefore a food source for skinny people when the famine comes.If all else fails,eat the fat people,they can't run away!

So are you purposing a skinny people revolt?

I know we can outrun the fatties but if they did catch us and sit on us, we're goners!

Perhaps we should form a committee and examine all our options.

Go lift weights eat complex carbs and protein and get proper sleep and stop fearing something that should not even be close to one of your biggest problems


Skinny people going away has more to do with the fattening diets and sedimentary lifestyles of our people.

I recommend growing vegetables and get essential fatty acids from vegetables.

I just ate a big bag of chips - 75 grams of fat!

Used to be skinny - 57kg/175cm tall, am now 80kg of jelly belly.

So when the SHTF, a few skin people can feed off my fat bloated corpse.

Shop at local farm stores, meat, veggies and fruits are meat, veggies and fruit. Really do you need more? I've never seen a fresh hunk of beef or chicken declared fat free. The fat free label come from the processed boxed foods. Want a fattening cookie, make it.

I think it's about engineering brain function. The brain needs fat. Meagre GM veg diet will make people weaker and mentally dim (more so).

Now that I have read how much of my total weight is just fat, maybe with a bit more muscle than I had 15 years ago, I feel pretty disgusted. eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

So can some skinny people come round to my place with a big bag of chips and make me runner after you until I shed about 30% of my body weight?
