I read the articles, not very convincing regarding his innocence.

It's true, there have been, and still are, folks wrongly convicted and placed on Death Row.

The dude convicted himself with his actions following the "dissappearance" of Lacy.

The "gone fishing" story.

The withdrawl of money.

The sale of Lacy's property even when she was still missing.

The return to the "scene of the crime", or the fishing hole where he allegedly went, and coincidentally where the bodies were later found.

I believe dolphins, or some other marine mammal recovered those bodies as best they could and brought them to the surface for recovery.
