Meteor explosion over Indiana

I would say the same thing but.... I have lived in Peru all of my life and I have never seen anything like this. I was driving home and out of the right hand side I saw a bright orange and yellow glow about the size of a lightpost up in the sky and then it went away. After a couple of seconds I saw one more than another and the last one that I saw broke into two different small balls and then went away. Several seconds after they went away I saw a airplane traveling towards the bright glows.

I live 30 miles from Grissom Air Base. I heard these jets flying last night. I saw one bright light which turned out to be the fighters landing lights.

Flight Trakker also showed no comercial air traffic anywhere near Grissom so they knew military flights were to take place.

No, this was NOT a meteor explosion.
