What does a Solar tsunamis mean to us? How will it effect us?

Two possibilities.

1. A HAARP full power transmission was directed at the sun and triggered the outburst. (watch for wide scale power outages or other earth effects tonight)

2. HAARP is being used to shore up the Earth's Magnetosphere to shield us from the effects of the outburst that was triggered by something (someone) else.

BTW the person with their "power nap" a couple posts up is an absolute f'ing idiot. They have obviously not studied human sleep patterns at all to know that it is natural to have a mid-afternoon (late afternoon in teens) energy drain.

And yes, I understand that magnetic/plasma waves have implications concerning the human brain. However, we cannot jump to conclusions that your tiredness was caused by an event that occurred on the sun that may affect the earth, or may already be affecting the earth.
