The US has a history of Presidential ordered assassinations of foreign leaders who were political rivals of people we chose to lead the country. But then, so did the soviet union.

It was the judge that posed the question about assassination and the lawyer who said if such happened the president would immediately be impeached and convicted and could be further prosecuted because of the Senate conviction. He is arguing that Trump was not convicted and therefore, should not be experiencing "double jepordy" as in this case. However, it was Jack Smiths team that conceded that if Obama was prosecuted for illegal drone strikes that Obama's prosecution case would go nowhere. So basically they just admitted that Trump is being treated differently.

IF there is no Presidential immunity, then OBAMA needs to be sued for dereliction of duty in regards to the death of Ambassador Stevens and others in Benghazi. WHERE THE FUCK WAS OBAMA WHEN ALL THIS WAS GOING DOWN? ASLEEP? HAVING SEX? NOT TO BE BOTHERED? WHY WERE THE ARMED FORCES TOLD TO STAND DOWN AND THE AMBASSADOR ALLOWED TO BE MURDERED? And he should be prosecuted for his "fast and furious" role also!

Joe Biden needs to be sued for dereliction of duty also on border matters (he signed the orders), for putting our National Security at risk for mishandling classified documents (he had no authority to have them in his possession unlike Trump) and when the proof of his families bribing ties to foreign enemies is fully disclosed, prosecuted for putting our National Security at risk on that matter too!
