i quit drinking 2 years ago, but when i did, it was alone.

I stopped drinking one time about 20 years ago. I was in the Flori-Bama Bar in Orange Beach and ran out of money. Thankfully, there was an ATM right by the door.

That was a close one, I tell ya.

Too late now. Although I do get a routine physical every 6 months, and everything is fine.

I'm an old man, taking no meds, eating healthy for the most part, and making plans for our road trips next summer.

With my luck, it will probably be a 16 year old texting while driving that will do me in. Charlie didn't get it done, but little Melissa may yet.

I've worn plumb to fuck out about 4 of this Hatchet CD. I have certain music I like to hear in certain places.

This one goes in at about Junction City, Kansas and loops till I hit the eastern slope at I-25 in Colorado. At that point, the mood gets a bit more mellow.

I'm a fucked up motherfucker, and proud of it.

As I have gotten older it has gotten more and more painful to drink. Like just one or two glasses of wine took me days to recover from.

THEN, I suddenly discovered it was because I was severely depleted in B1. I had so many of the symptoms. B1 is massively depleted when you drink.

So when I started to supplement with B1, suddenly I could drink again and not feel hungover or anything. Or just barely hungover. Like I did in my 20s. I thought it was age. Nope. It was B1.

You're welcome fellow drinkers.

Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
